Did you know that all children in KS1 get FREE school meals? Simply inform your child or their teacher to select dinner as their option for lunchtime and your child will receive free meals until they move to KS2.

Children are entitled to free school meals if their parents receive certain state benefits, including Child Tax Credit (now called Universal Credit). Kent County Council website tells you what you need to know about claiming free school meals. Read more on KCC website.

If you think your child or children may be eligible for free School Meals, you can either request a form from your school office, call the Local Area Office for KCC schools on 03000 415123 (9am – 4pm), or alternatively, you can download the form below (click on it, and it will open in a new tab, where you can right-click and print or save it.)
