We have a vacancy for a Kitchen Assistant at Hythe Bay Primary School

Duties include assisting with food preparation, washing up, setting up the dining hall for service, serving meals, cleaning of kitchen equipment, working with the team to run an efficient service and carry out any other duties that may be requested by the Cook.

Previous experience of working in a similar environment is desirable, but not essential.  Ideally the successful candidate will hold a Food Hygiene certificate, however training towards this will be given.

This is a permanent position, Monday-Friday, 18 hours per week, term time only + 5 additional cleaning days.

Job Type:  Part-time, Permanent.  Start Date: ASAP, Subject to an enhanced DBS check
